Delivery Policy

This policy sets out details of delivery for your online purchases. If you require clarification or have any questions please contact our Customer Service toll free on 1800 199 168 (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday).

Where we deliver

We deliver to all addresses within Australia and international locations as well. Orders will be posted by Australia Post, so both street address and PO Box address are acceptable. In most of the scenarios, orders will be placed in your letterbox, no signature is needed.

How and when we deliver

Most of the orders will be dispatched on the next business day. Woven labels are excepted, which take about 2 weeks time for production. Also, there might have some scenarios lead to the delay of dispatch, like labels re-print, printer break down and other unexpected happens. An estimated dispatch date will be displayed at the shopping cart page. Please allow from the confirmation of dispatch:
