Most orders are printed and dispatched the next business day after payment. Woven labels are made to order and take about 12 business days. Delivery time is on top of that. Tell us your deadline when ordering and we will try to meet it.
We have printing facilities in Australia and overseas. Urgent and smaller jobs are usually printed at our Brisbane facility, while larger orders are printed overseas to help you save on cost. Depending on the product and quantity, we find the best solution for your order — just let us know at checkout if your job is urgent.
Minimums vary by product — each product page shows the minimum for your selected options. Volume discounts apply automatically as quantity increases.
Yes — the live preview in the designer is your proof. It shows exactly what will be printed, so you approve your labels on screen before you pay. There's no waiting on a proof email.
Yes. All prices are in AUD and include GST, and every order comes with a tax invoice — see How do I download a tax invoice for my order? below.
Your order confirmation email has a View your tax invoice link — one click opens the PDF, no sign-in. Otherwise open the order lookup page, enter your order number and the email address or phone number you ordered with, and click Download tax invoice. If you ordered while signed in, the same button is on the order under My Account → My Orders. The invoice shows our ABN, the GST included and whether the order has been paid. If you still need help, contact us with your order number and we'll send it to you.
Yes, to every state and territory via Australia Post and couriers. Local pickup is available at our Cleveland QLD office.
Yes — find your previous order via order lookup with your order number and email, or contact us and we'll reprint your labels exactly as before.
Yes. Use the free what-you-see-is-what-you-get editor, built-in art clips, or type a prompt into the free AI image generator. Alternatively, email your design ideas to info@ozlabels.com.au and our team will help build the artwork files for you.
