Shipping Information

We post Australia-wide with Australia Post or courier, and overseas by airmail. What an item costs to post depends on its size, so each product belongs to one of the postage groups below. Every product page lists the exact options for that product, and checkout shows the options for your whole cart.

Free postage

Small Envelope (e.g. most of the name labels): free ordinary post on orders over $60 and free express post on orders over $110.
Small Envelope 2 (e.g. woven labels): free express post on orders over $110.
Large Envelope (e.g. wall stickers): free express post on orders over $110.
Every other option in the table always pays postage. When your cart mixes items from different groups, checkout offers only the options every item can use.

Good to know

Most orders are printed and dispatched the next business day after payment.
Woven labels are made to order and take about 12 business days before they are posted.
Delivery times above are estimates from dispatch and don't include production time.
Orders are posted by Australia Post or courier and left in your letterbox or a safe place at your address. Tracked and express orders get a tracking number by email when they are dispatched.
