We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information on the site is free from errors. Oz Labels reserves the right to correct pricing or description errors without prior notice. Where a corrected price applies to an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding.
All products are custom-printed to order. By placing an order, you confirm that, for the design you created and approved in our online designer:
Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the product is defective or materially differs from the design you approved when placing the order. Personalised labels are printed to order and cannot be resold, so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once printing has begun. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and we will stop it if it has not yet gone to press.
