Questions about payment

1. What are the payment options?
We accept payment made by Credit Card, Cheque, Money order and Money Transfer. For credit cards, we accept Visa, Master, American Express. We will produce and dispatch your labels after payment is received.

2. Is my personal and credit card information safe?
Yes! To ensure the privacy of our customers all information collected by OZ Labels will be kept confidential within our organisations.
Our online payment is secured by Commonwealth Bank. All payment infomation has been encrypted when processed, nobody including ourselves can see your credit card details.

Questions about delivery

1. How much is the postage?
It's FREE for regular post within Australia. EXPRESS POST is also available by adding $5 postage. Express Post is free for orders over $100.

2. When would I receive my order?
In most cases, orders will usually be dispatched within 24 hours, after payment is received. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to arrive after it has been dispatched. If you need your labels urgently, you can choose the express post option at the check out page.
Please also note that, with some occasional circumstances, order dispatching may be delayed by 24-48 hours.

Questions about labels

1. What are the differences between all your labels?
We have the best quality Iron-on Labels in the market; it never comes off even after going through the washing machine.
We offer Stick-on Labels which are great for school supplies, sporting & skiing equipment, water bottles, books and so much more! We have Pencil/CD Labels for smaller items such as DVD's, CD's, travel items and camp essentials. Both these types of labels are microwave and dishwasher safe!
Our other products include Shoe Labels, Address Labels, DIY Labels and Bag Tags. We back all our labels up with a money back guarantee.

2. How are these labels applied?
The Iron-on Labels are applied using a regular household iron and come with simple detailed instructions. Shoe labels are designed and shaped to fit inside the insole of your footwear. Stick-on Labels can be applied to any clean and dry surface.

3. What should I do if there is error with my labels?
If there is a spelling mistake on our behalf or we supplied the wrong labels, we will reprint replacement labels for you upon the return of the original labels we have supplied.
