Our online payment is secured by Commonwealth Bank. All payment and personal information will be encrypted during processing. Your credit card details will not be disclosed to anyone including ourselves.

Questions about delivery

It's FREE for regular postage within Australia. EXPRESS POST is also available with and additional charge of $7. Express Post is free for orders over $100.
In most cases, orders will usually be dispatched on the next business day. After dispatch, please allow 2 - 7 business days for your order to arrive.
If you need your labels urgently, you can choose the express post option at the check-out page.
Please also note that, for some occasional circumstances, order dispatching may be delayed by up to 24-48 hours.

Questions about labels

We have the best quality Iron-on Labels in the market. It will not dissolve or strip off during wash.
We also offer Sticker Labels which are great for school supplies, sporting & skiing equipment, water bottles, books and so much more!
We have Pencil/CD Labels for smaller items such as DVD's, CD's, travel items and camp essentials.
Both these types of labels are microwave and dishwasher safe!
Our other products include Shoe Labels, Address Labels, DIY Labels and Bag Tags. We have money back guarantee for all our labels.
The Iron-on Labels are applied using a regular household iron and come with simple detailed instructions. Shoe labels are designed and shaped to fit inside the insole of your footwear. Stick-on Labels can be applied to any clean and dry surface.
