1.	Please complete fundraising registration form below. Then post, fax or Internet registrations and await confirmation prior to taking any orders.
2.	You will receive brochures, which contain a uniquely coded order form. It will help us to keep track of your commission.
3.	To place an order, you can collect the order forms and return to us with payment. All these orders will be packaged individually and send back to you in bulk for distribution. In case the parents wish to make an order through our secured website, please ensure them either to put your distributed brochure code or your fundraiser's name when placing order. We will dispatch their order directly.
