1. What are the differences between all your labels?

We have the best quality Iron-on Labels in the market; it never comes off even after going through industrial laundry and washer.

We offer Stick-on Labels which are great for school supplies, sporting & skiing equipment, water bottles, books and so much more! We have Pencil/CD Labels for smaller items such as DVD's, CD's, travel items and camp essentials. Both these types of labels are microwave and dishwasher safe!

2. How are these labels applied?

The Iron-on Labels are applied using a regular household iron and come with simple detailed instructions. Shoe labels are designed and shaped to fit inside the insole of your footwear. Stick-on Labels are to be applied to any clean and dry surface.

3. How can I personalize the labels?

You can personalize them with a name, phone no, address or any message you like. Then choose your favourite icon and colour to personalize them.

4. What colours can I select?

We have designed 3 colour sets for stick-on labels, bright set, pink set and crystal set. For normal set of 60 stick-on labels, you can have up to 4 colours; for stick-on labels of split package, the quantity is 30, you can have up to 2 colours; for kindy special package, the quantity is 15, so that only one colour for stick-on labels.

For shoes labels and iron-on labels, hot pink for girl and dark blue for boy are available to choose.

5. How can I check my labels after personalizing?

You can check all details of your labels before checking out. Simply click on the items you purchased, and a pop up page will show all details of your labels.

6. I need labels for all my kids, what is the best value for my money?

You will save money with our "Buy one package get the next one in 10% discount" policy. The next package will automatically get 10% off processed by our shopping program. Or, you can order our Basic package 1 for the whole family by personalising with family name.

7. How do I order labels?

You can order online, by fax or mail or simply place phone order by calling our Toll Free NO: 1800-199-168. Our customer service will be delighted to help you through.

8. What payment can I select?

We accept payment made by Credit Card, Cheque, Money order and Money Transfer. For credit card, we accept Visa, Master, American Express and Dinner Club. For other payments, we will produce and dispatch your labels after payment received.

9. When would I receive my order?

We dispatch orders received within 24 hours for free. Please allow up to 3 days for post to your place nationally. If you need labels urgently, you can choose the EXPRESS POST by adding $3.80 postage. And for order value more than $100, get the EXPRESS POST free.

10. Is my personal information protected and safe enough for pay by my credit card?

Yes! To ensure the privacy of our customers all information collected by OZ Labels will be kept confidential within our organizations.
Our online payment is secured by EWAY, all info has been encrypted when processed, nobody including us can see your credit card info.

11. What should I do if there is error with my labels?

If there is a spelling mistake or we supplied the wrong labels, we will reprint replacement labels for you upon the return of the original labels we had supplied. If you are unhappy with an order for any other reason and you return the labels to us within 14 days, we will give you a 110% refund.
